Yana's Creativity & Wellness

Yana Koretska was born on July 12, 1994, in Kremenchuk, Ukraine.
In 2015, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Poltava National Technical Yuri Kondratyuk University.
In 2016, she received a Bachelor's degree in History and Theory of Arts (external form of education) from the Lviv National Academy of Arts.
In 2017, Yana completed her Master's degree in Monumental Painting at the Kyiv National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture.
Yana’s education encompassed both the practical and theoretical aspects of art, motivating her to explore and research the vast diversity of the world’s artistic heritage. She delved deeper into the fundamental motives behind creativity, as well as the historical and philosophical influences on art.
Since May 2015, Yana has been working as both an artist and an art teacher.
In 2021, she curated the art exhibition "Moments of Inspiration" at the Lesia Ukrainka Museum in Kyiv.
Yana moved to Ireland in March 2022, where she organized charity workshops, including "Paint for Peace" at the RHA Gallery and "MyArt Studio" in Dublin. She painted a mural titled "Stand with Ukraine" at the Grand Canal Street Art Alley and created an educational mural for children, featuring local animals and trees, in the Portlaoise City Park. Yana has exhibited her work in both solo and group exhibitions, as well as art festivals.
In May 2024, Yana successfully completed the Foundation, Mentored, and Resolution Drawing and Painting Modules at the Royal Hibernian Academy of Arts.
In April 2024, she launched her business, "Yana's Creativity and Wellness", where she offers art and wellness workshops at the Dublin Drawing School and MyArt School of Dance and Art. She is also available for private art tutorials.
Yana has a deep interest in meditation, yoga, dance, and drama. Her exploration of the connection between the physical and mental aspects of life has led her to view these practices as versatile tools for achieving inner harmony, inspiration, and wellness.

"Art is more than what I create—it's the way I move through the world. Whether I’m painting, dancing, or simply exploring new ways to express myself, these moments are the heartbeat of my creativity. This is where inspiration lives, in the flow between thought and movement."
